Shalwar Kameez is the national dress of Pakistan and nowadays,

Kurta Shalwar
Kurta shalwar is another kind of shalwar kameez. Here kurta is used in placement of kameez. This is just like kameez , the only difference is that in kurta, there put two kali in front and back of kurta and a strap of almost two inches width is made to put buttons on round neck of kurta. In earlier times, women use to put silver and gold buttons on the neck of kurta but now days kurta is not in the scene anymore. However, it is used with shalwar and can be made of any desired fabric. Kurta could be collarless or some women likes to wear collar or ban with kurta shalwar.
Long Shalwar Kameez
This is the latest fashion in shalwar kameez. A long kameez is being made with traditional simple shalwar. This is summer season so lawn and swiss lawn are the proffered fabrics these days.
